Chef Li D'Alessandro
Growing up on a farm in a small town, Chef Li D'Alessandro was surrounded by beautiful vegetables and herbs grown in big garden on the property. Each meal had fresh ingredients picked by hand, made with love. They were special and memorable, as food should be.
Li naturally grew to love cooking and creating experiences with food. He eventually entered the restaurant industry learning a variety of cuisines, however cooking as a personal chef felt the most right.
Li is drawn to the warmth of creating dishes in a more intimate setting, tapping into that rhythm and joy of food.
